Girl FeedBack exists to empower young adult women 18-30 and women over 30, equipping them with the tools they need to thrive on their path forward and providing support, motivation, feedback, and guidance to help build resilience and strengthen their mental health.

Our mentoring program and life coaching organization provides a safe space in an online or in-person gathering to come together and build community, in which members receive mentorship, life coaching, positive feedback and support; participate in various workshops for developing work skills, fostering healthy coping skills, and building self-esteem and confidence; and engage in fun, creative and therapeutic activities such as creating art, gardening, and taking a nature walk.

We are committed to being role models and helping mentees overcome life hurdles.

Life coaching also is available to help women of all ages make life-enhancing changes and improve their physical, emotional, and behavioral well-being.

We Are Here for You!

Twenty six percent of young women between the ages of 16-24 years old reported having a common mental health problem in any given week, which is in comparison to seventeen percent of adults. And this number is on the rise. Research has shown that women are disproportionately affected by issues such as depression, generalized anxiety disorder or panic disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Additionally, 47% of women were considered at high risk of developing mental health disorders in comparison to 36% of men and twice as likely as men to be diagnosed with depression. At Girl FeedBack, we are here for you. We serve women of all ages and invite you to take part in our life coaching sessions.
